| Simon began his career as a traditional Advertising Photographer, working with many top Advertising and Design firms such as Saatchi and Saatchi, McCann Erickson, J. Walter Thompson, Poppe Tyson, Gross Townsend Frank Hoffman and Chermayeff & Geismar.
Simon Produced and Directed ten epsiodes of " The Cook's Plate" for Cable TV. The show featured top New York City and Westchester Chefs demonstrating some of their recipies. Simon also directed special segments on location at Restaurant 42 with chef Anthony Concalves and hosted by Georgia Hague.
In 2007 Simon founded the Hudson Valley Music Channel. This ongoing broadband internet based project covers the rich and wonderful music scene in New Yorks Hudson River Valley, and is available for syndication. |
